The 3.14 Cannes hotel has themed each of the 5 floors of the hotel to one of the five continents.  We’re not sure which continent the Resto-Bar-Club is themed for, but it’s one where all the furniture is covered in crushed turquoise velvet.  Located in Cannes’ “Golden Triangle,” the bar is connected to the hotel’s private beach, meaning blue velvet has never looked less Lynchian.
